We're seeking a seasoned Export Lead - Spices with 10+ years of experience in the spices export industry. As an Export Lead, you'll leverage your strong network and established contacts in international markets to drive spice sales, build relationships with global clients, and expand our presence in overseas markets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Global Sales Network: Build and expand a global sales network, identifying new business opportunities and driving spice sales across international markets.
2. Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with international clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
3. Market Insights: Stay up-to-date on international spice market trends, competitor analysis, and regulatory requirements.
4. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets, increase market share, and drive revenue growth.
5. Export Operations: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth export operations, compliance, and quality control.
Requirements:
1. 10+ years of experience in the spices export industry, with a strong network and established contacts in international markets.
2. Proven track record of driving spice sales across overseas markets and building a global sales network.
3. Rich experience working with international spice markets and exports.
4. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and with cross-functional teams.
