We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager-Hospital Referral to lead and oversee our sales operations within the Healthcare sector. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Hospital industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales management. As a Sales Manager-Referral, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales plans, and ensuring that the team meets or exceeds sales targets. You will also play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and staying updated on industry trends and regulations. This position requires excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve outstanding results. Responsibilities:

- In-depth knowledge of Hospital/Pharma products/Services and industry regulations.

- Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
