Senior Sales Development Representative (Senior SDR) - Data Analytics


Job Overview:

- We are seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative (Senior SDR) with expertise in Data Analytics to drive lead generation and outbound sales efforts.

- In this role, you will leverage data-driven insights to identify high-value prospects, refine outreach strategies, and qualify leads for our sales team.

- The ideal candidate has experience in B2B sales development within the data analytics industry, with a strong ability to analyze and utilize sales and market data to optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop & Execute Sales Strategy: Create and implement a sales strategy using data insights to optimize lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue growth.

Lead Generation: Design and execute data-driven lead generation strategies, leveraging predictive analytics, CRM automation, and AI-powered sales tools to identify and engage high-quality leads.

Qualifying Leads: Engage with prospects to understand their needs, assess fit, and qualify them for the sales pipeline.

Outbound Sales Efforts: Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and social media to generate interest in our products/services.

Sales Meetings & Follow-Ups: Schedule meetings for the sales team and ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.

Revenue & Growth Optimization: Leverage data analytics to identify high-value opportunities, predict market trends, and enhance customer acquisition strategies.

Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a data-driven sales culture.

Customer Insights & Segmentation: Utilize CRM, BI dashboards, and analytics tools to segment customers and personalize sales outreach.

Sales Performance Analytics: Track and analyze key sales metrics, such as pipeline health, deal velocity, and customer lifetime value (CLV).

Collaboration with Marketing & Product Teams: Work cross-functionally to refine go-to-market strategies, improve product-market fit, and enhance customer experiences.

Sales Process & CRM Optimization: Optimize the use of CRM and automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Power BI, Tableau) to streamline sales operations.

Negotiation & Deal Closing: Lead high-stakes negotiations and establish long-term customer relationships.

End to End Sales Process: Take ownership of the end to end sales process from lead generation to conversion.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 8+ years in sales leadership, with at least 3 years in data-driven sales or analytics-related industries.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or related field. MBA is a plus.

Technical Skills: Strong experience with analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker), CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), and sales automation tools.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate data insights into actionable sales strategies.

Communication & Negotiation: Strong ability to engage with senior stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.

Industry Knowledge: Experience in B2B, SaaS, FinTech, or Data Analytics is preferred.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through data-driven decision-making.
