Role Overview:
- As the Talent Acquisition Leader for Digital Technologies, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing the technology hiring strategy.
- Your primary focus will be on identifying, engaging, and hiring talent in Cloud, Data and AI.
- You will lead a talented team and work closely with key stakeholders to ensure that the organization continues to attract the best talent in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead end-to-end recruitment globally for digital technologies roles, with a strong emphasis on tech areas Salesforce, Cloud, AI, Data and Automation.
- Develop and execute innovative and results-driven talent acquisition strategies that align with the business goals.
- Lead the strategic initiative of building competency and practice in cutting-edge technologies including AI, cloud computing, Salesforce, data and automation within the organization by identifying, recruiting, and nurturing top-tier talent in these technologies.
- Meet aggressive hiring timelines by implementing rapid ramp up plans and strategies.
- Lead the campus hiring efforts and establish strong and lasting relationships with colleges and educational institutions to ensure a robust pipeline of emerging talent.
- Identify and cultivate diverse talent pipelines, leveraging various channels including social media, industry events, and partnerships.
- Implement comprehensive assessment processes to evaluate candidates' technical and cultural fit.
- Ensure process compliance and effective utilization of the ATS.
- Participate in the policy and process improvement areas.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing talent acquisition team, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand their talent needs and provide strategic guidance.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report on recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Implement cost-effective hiring strategies and proactively manage recruitment expenses to ensure efficient talent acquisition processes while maintaining budgetary controls.
Qualifications:
- 15-18 years of rich experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on technology hiring.
- Proven track record of successfully hiring top talent in areas such as AI, data, cloud, and Salesforce.
- MBA will be preferred.
- Should have proven experience in managing multiple geographies, particularly India, US, Europe and Middle East.
- Must have proven hiring experience in Mumbai & Bangalore.
- Should have strong experience in leading campus hiring & lateral hiring programs.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with industry trends and emerging technologies in digital technology hiring.
- Adept at using recruitment tools and tools to streamline processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
