Key Responsibilities:
- Model Development & Deployment: Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning and statistical models to solve complex business problems.
- Databricks Expertise: Leverage extensive hands-on experience with Databricks and the unified analytics platform to build, manage, and scale data science workflows and pipelines.
- Data Analysis & Visualization: Conduct in-depth data analysis, providing actionable insights and creating compelling data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- LLM & AI Applications: Apply advanced knowledge of LLM models and other AI technologies to build cutting-edge natural language processing and generative AI solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data engineers, and business leaders, to understand requirements and deliver impactful data science solutions.
- Communication: Effectively communicate complex technical concepts, model findings, and business implications to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in machine learning and statistical modeling.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Databricks.
- Proficiency in a programming language commonly used for data science (e.g., Python, R).
- Proven experience with data analysis and data visualization.
- Familiarity with LLM models and their applications is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics).
