Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to lead our data science efforts and drive business growth through data-driven insights. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and implement advanced analytics solutions, drive strategic decision-making, and foster a culture of data-driven innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions, including machine learning models, predictive analytics, and data mining.

2. Collaborate with senior leadership to identify business problems and develop data-driven solutions.

3. Design and implement large-scale data pipelines and architectures.

4. Develop and maintain complex data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.

5. Mentor and guide junior data scientists and analysts.

6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data science.

Requirements:

1. 8-13 years of experience in data science or a related field.

2. Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.

3. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL.

4. Experience with machine learning frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

5. Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).

6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

7. Proven track record of driving business growth through data-driven insights.

Nice to Have:

1. Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

2. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

3. Experience with Agile methodologies.

4. Leadership experience and ability to mentor junior team members.
