We are looking for an enthusiastic and quick-learning Senior Analyst to join our team and contribute to our clients' success.
Role Overview:
- As a Senior Analyst - AdTech, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support our clients' business decisions.
- You will develop expertise in the Media and AdTech space, manage revenue, and build strong client relationships.
- This role requires a combination of analytical skills, technical proficiency, and excellent communication abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with client business managers to analyze data, identify patterns, and present insights to support business decisions.
- Develop a deep understanding of media and AdTech concepts to effectively manage analysis and revenue for clients.
- Utilize various tools and systems to extract relevant data for analysis.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve client performance and revenue.
- Acquire subject matter expertise in Media and AdTech to manage revenue on behalf of clients.
- Drive revenue upticks through data-driven optimization strategies.
- Proactively resolve business and operational issues with clients.
Client Communication and Relationship Management:
- Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their roadmaps and priorities.
- Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to expand partnerships.
- Own and manage client reporting needs (periodic and ad-hoc).
- Create and manage campaigns (line items, orders, etc.) in Google Ad Manager (GAM).
- Experience working with SSP platforms to manage programmatic inventory is a significant advantage.
Problem Solving and Issue Resolution:
- Proactively identify and resolve business and operational issues with clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AdTech platforms.
Skills:
AdTech/Digital Media Expertise:
- Proven experience in the AdTech/Digital Media space.
- Hands-on experience with programmatic concepts, including UPR Optimization, Header Bidding, and Google Ad Manager (GAM).
- Working experience with SSP platforms to manage programmatic inventory is highly desirable.
Analytical Skills:
- Strong analytical and data handling skills.
- Ability to analyze large volumes of data and identify trends.
- Expert-level knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques is a plus.
- Experience working with AdTech platforms and tools.
- Proficiency in creating and managing campaigns in GAM.-
- Familiarity with data extraction and manipulation techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong client communication and relationship management skills.
- Extremely detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment and under deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Work Hours:
Ability to work in shifts: 4 PM - 1 AM, 5 PM - 2 AM, or 6 PM - 3 AM, based on client requirements.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Statistics).
Proven experience in AdTech, digital media, or analytics.
Strong understanding of programmatic advertising concepts.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a client-facing role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
