PowerPoint Production and Data Analysis Specialist
The Role:
- Producing expert quality presentations, conducting research and completing data analysis, this role is integral to the way the investment firm is presented to prospective clients and investors.
- The role requires excellent attention to detail along with a natural talent for creating attention-grabbing presentations.
- The firm relies on these presentations to represent itself professionally to clients and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, prepare and build engaging presentations with compelling content and visuals, based on guidance and drawings
- Produce presentations promptly and efficiently, whilst ensuring brand consistency
- Research companies, markets and industry data to support the investment team with fact-based analysis and impactful presentations
- Ensure absolute accuracy of information from a business and regulatory viewpoint
- Ensure presentations are carefully reviewed and only released for use once fully approved
Key Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- A keen eye for accuracy in data, detail and design
- Strong technical presentation design skills
- Proficiency in data scraping, data analysis and creating charts to present analytical findings
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and grammar with accurate arithmetic skills
- Great interpersonal skills, ability to work with teams internationally
- Ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines
- Experience working within management consulting or investment firms
- Ideally 5+ years' work experience in a similar professional role
- Bachelor of Finance or Bachelor of Commerce degree preferred as a minimum
