Key Responsibilities:
Data Strategy & Governance:
- Design and implement data frameworks for biotech R&D, clinical trials, and manufacturing analytics.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and traceability across systems and platforms.
Advanced Analytics & Modeling:
- Apply statistical, machine learning, and bioinformatics techniques to analyze experimental and operational data.
- Develop predictive models to optimize process yields, quality metrics, and resource allocation.
Visualization & Reporting:
- Build interactive dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) for leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Translate complex datasets into actionable insights for regulatory, quality, and innovation teams.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Partner with scientists, regulatory experts, and IT teams to align data initiatives with business goals.
- Support data needs for IND/NDA filings, audits, and global regulatory submissions.
Innovation & Automation:
- Identify opportunities to automate data workflows and integrate AI/ML solutions into biotech operations.
- Stay updated on emerging biotech analytics trends and tools.
Qualifications:
Education : Computer Technology
Experience | 6-12 years in biotech/pharma analytics, preferably in R&D or manufacturing |
Tools & Platforms: Python, R, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, SAS, JMP, LIMS, ELN, AWS/Azure (preferred)| Domain Knowledge | Biotech R&D, CGT, biosimilars, regulatory analytics, quality systems | Soft Skills Strategic thinking, stakeholder management, presentation excellence
