- Dairy Day manufactures and supplies products across a variety of cups, cones, sticks, tubs, and other special packaging with over 30+ flavors.

- The company has state of the art manufacturing facilities in Karnataka with a production capacity of 3 Lakh liters/day.

- We are looking to hire full-time Manager - SAP Manufacturing & Operations with expertise in process industry manufacturing processes and use of SAP production & quality modules in this context.

- This role will be responsible for coordinating daily execution between different Manufacturing departments w.t SAP, oversee process reporting and compliance, and conduct ongoing SAP training and awareness towards ensuring well digitized manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Own SAP modules (PP, QM, MM) for manufacturing operations.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores & Finance for seamless SAP-driven workflows.

- Ensure KPI compliance, daily reporting, and issue resolution.

- Lead SAP user training and adoption across units.

- Drive process optimization, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration.

What You Bring:.

- 6-10 years in manufacturing operations / process excellence / SAP systems.

- Strong knowledge of SAP Production Planning, Quality & Inventory modules.

- Experience in FMCG, frozen foods, or process manufacturing industries.

- Analytical mindset with strong stakeholder communication skills.
