Role Overview
We are looking for a Projects Manager to lead end-to-end execution of DailyObjects offline store expansions across malls, high streets, tech parks, and airports. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating across design, vendors, and authorities to deliver premium store formats including kiosks, gondolas, and inline stores - on time and within budget, while upholding our brand ethos.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Ownership: Lead planning and execution of offline retail stores including custom formats for airports (kiosks, pop-ups, gondolas).
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the key liaison between internal teams, design studios, mall/airport authorities, and vendors.
- Site & Vendor Management: Supervise site progress, fixture installations, and ensure timely, brand-compliant deliveries.
- Travel Retail Execution: Manage approvals, security/fire clearances, and modular rollouts across airport partners (e.g., Adani, GMR).
- Budget & Cost Control: Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor costs in real-time, and escalate deviations as needed.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project folders (drawings, NOCs, handover reports) and provide weekly updates to management.
- Vendor Empanelment: Build a network of travel retail-focused contractors for faster deployment and quality assurance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or Construction Management.
- 5-10 years of project management experience in retail or QSR setups, with exposure to travel retail formats a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of modular store formats, MEP drawings, and mall/airport compliance norms.
- Proven experience in managing multi-city projects with strong vendor coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently and lead from the front.
