We are looking for a dynamic Training & Development Lead to join our team and drive impactful learning experiences for our retail team members across exclusive brand outlets and partner stores.

This role will serve as the brand custodian, ensuring that every team member not only masters our product portfolio (tech accessories and designer goods) but also communicates our brand story with passion and consistency.

This person will lead end-to-end training initiatives primarily offline, with some online

interventions, designed to build deep product expertise, elevate customer engagement, and continuously improve retail performance.

Responsibilities:

- Training Delivery: Design, plan, and conduct engaging product and brand trainings (offline & online) for team members across stores and partner networks.

- Content Development: Create and update training modules, product manuals, and learning aids tailored to different retail environments.

- Brand Custodianship: Ensure the brand story and values are consistently communicated and embedded in all retail touchpoints.

- Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio (tech accessories & designer good) and serve as the go-to expert for the retail team.

- Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular quality checks in stores to evaluate training effectiveness and customer experience.

- Feedback Loop: Capture customer and retail staff insights and share them with internal teams to drive continuous improvement.

- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align training programs with business priorities.

Requirements:


- 5-7 years of experience in Retail training, L&D, or sales enablement, preferably in lifestyle, consumer goods, or tech accessory categories.

- Strong ability to design and deliver effective training programs (offline training experience is a must).

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Passion for retail, customer experience, and storytelling.

- Strong observation and feedback skills to identify training gaps and improvement areas.

- Willingness to travel extensively for store visits and training sessions.

- Ability to coach and mentor frontline staff with empathy and impact.

- Experience working in premium retail or lifestyle brands will be a plus.

- Exposure to e-learning tools and digital training platforms.
