Dabur International - Commercial Finance Manager

Commercial Finance Manager (E -commerce division).

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Developing the commercial strategy and the commercial direction of projects.

- Negotiating with customers and Distributors.

- Pursuing new business opportunities.

- Monitoring budgeting expenses.

- Identifying and managing commercial risks.

- Closing reconciliation and taking NDC from customers.

- Managing end to end PNL.

- Building and managing relationships with customers.

- Conducting market research.

- Monitoring the progress of projects.

- Overseeing the performance of the commercial team.

- Providing direction to team.

Requirements and qualifications:

- CA with minimum of 6-9 years of experience preferably FMCG sector.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

- Strong leadership and project management skills.

- Highly developed attention to detail.

- Strong planning and analytical skills.

- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
