D2C Manager - Food & Beverage

About Us:

We are a rapidly growing D2C brand in the food and beverage space, experiencing exponential growth in our direct-to-consumer channel. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the next phase of our D2C business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a robust D2C strategy to exceed monthly sales targets, aiming to scale from - 1 Crore to - 3-5 Crore monthly sales run rate.

- Business Management: Take full ownership of the D2C channel's operations, managing current volumes of over 1,500 daily orders, with plans to scale by 10x to 20x.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with in-house content creators and external agencies to ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging, promotions, and customer communications.

- Technology & Tools: Identify and implement the best platforms, tools, and technologies (Shopify, CRM, etc.) to optimize operational efficiency and customer experience.

- Growth & Optimization: Lead continuous testing and experimentation across content, offers, and consumer segments to drive growth and improve KPIs.

- Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve challenges arising in scaling the D2C business, leveraging deep industry insight and practical experience.

Qualifications:

- MBA/PGDM Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing and scaling a D2C business, ideally with sales volumes of - 3-5 Crore monthly.

- Experience in FMCG or personal care sectors is a significant plus.

- Proven strategic and analytical capabilities.

- Deep knowledge of the D2C ecosystem including Shopify, CRM systems, marketing tools, and high-volume order fulfillment.

- Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.

- Self-starter mindset with strong ownership, accountability, and execution bias.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Location: Mumbai preferred.
