Job Title: Future Sales Leader (High-Potential Growth Role)

Position Overview:

This role is designed for individuals who aspire to evolve into a Business Development Manager (BDM), Head of Sales, or Chief Sales Officer in the coming years. Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Acquisition: Aggressively hunt for new accounts through market research, competitive analysis, and networking.
- Public Sector & Enterprise Sales: Engage with large enterprises and public sector organizations, navigating procurement and long sales cycles.
- Strategic Sales Initiatives: Develop and execute growth-focused sales strategies in African markets.
- Engagement with Multilateral Organizations: Build strong relationships with institutions like World Bank, IFC, EU, USAID, etc., to drive business opportunities.
- High-Impact Sales Execution: Consistently close high-value deals to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Leadership Development: Work closely with senior leadership, receiving direct mentorship for future executive roles.
- Integrity & Ethical Selling: Execute aggressive sales strategies while upholding the highest ethical standards.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Management degree from a top-tier global business school (e.g., IIM or equivalent).
- Experience: 0-2 years of IT solutions sales experience (Fresh graduates from premier institutes are welcome).
- Global Mindset: Exposure to international business environments, preferably Africa.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of IT solutions sales, particularly in public sector, enterprise sales, and multilateral institutions.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute long-term sales initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Ambition & Drive: Highly motivated, results-oriented, with a strong desire to grow into leadership.
- Leadership Potential: Capability to evolve into BDM / Head of Sales / CSO within 3-5 years.
- Core Traits: High integrity, adaptability, entrepreneurial mindset, curiosity, and relentless hunger for success.
