About the Role:

We are seeking a Product Manager with a blend of strategic product ownership and technical execution skills.

This is a high-impact role that combines:

Product Strategy - Defining user journeys, researching markets, and shaping world-first blockchain products.

Product Execution - Managing sprints, release cycles, metrics dashboards, and engineering collaboration.

Generative AI Integration - Leveraging AI tools to accelerate workflows, improve delivery, and enhance product innovation.

This is an opportunity to work directly with the CEO and leadership team, building global products at the cutting edge of Web3, Crypto, and AI.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & User Experience:

- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: user research, PRD writing, design flow, and release planning.

- Optimize user journey and UI/UX flows to increase adoption of crypto wallets.

- Track and measure core product KPIs (adoption, retention, engagement) using Mixpanel & other tools.

- Conduct post-release analysis, set up alerts, and share learnings from builds to refine future releases.

Execution & Delivery:

- Maintain Agile sprints, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder updates.

- Collaborate with engineering to resolve UI/UX roadblocks and technical challenges.

- Manage release processes: post-release updates, release videos, and feature documentation.

- Build and monitor dashboards & release metrics to ensure delivery quality and speed.

Generative AI & Technical Exposure:

- Work with GenAI frameworks (LLMs, LangChain, Claude, LlamaIndex, HuggingFace, RAG, Embedding Models) to enhance product development efficiency.

- Utilize Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy for analytics and automation (exposure preferred).

- Explore integration of AI-driven product features to differentiate Cypherock's offerings.

Leadership & Collaboration:

- Work directly with the CEO to finalize PRDs, product roadmaps, and execution priorities.

- Act as a bridge between design, engineering, and business teams.

- Contribute to hiring and scaling the engineering team as the company grows.

Skills & Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA in Marketing/Strategy is a plus).

Core Skills:

Product Management - Strategic Planning - User Research - UI/UX Optimization - Business Operations - Release Management - Metrics Tracking.

Technical Exposure:

Agile Project Management - Sprint Planning - PRD Writing.

GenAI/LLM Tools: LangChain, Claude, HuggingFace, LlamaIndex, RAG Technologies.

Data & ML Tools: Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas, OpenCV.

Blockchain/Crypto Familiarity: Wallets, Web3 protocols, dApps, NFT ecosystems.

Preferred Background:

Prior experience in Fintech, Web3/Crypto, or Hardware products.

Personal experience with crypto wallets (hardware/software) is a strong plus.

Strong ability to balance user experience with business priorities.
