About the Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Performance Marketer with 4+ years of experience to join our dynamic team in Mohali, Punjab. This is a full-time, onsite position where you will play a pivotal role in driving campaign success and achieving client objectives through innovative paid advertising strategies. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end campaigns across various platforms, including Google AdWords, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, while maintaining a strong focus on data-driven optimization and client satisfaction.

We are seeking a Performance Marketer with expertise in paid advertising, ideation, and client handling, who is research-driven, stays updated on industry trends, and excels at boosting campaign performance through innovative strategies using Google AdWords, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

- Lead and manage end-to-end paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google AdWords, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.

- Develop and implement comprehensive campaign strategies aligned with client goals and target audiences.

- Execute advanced campaign techniques, including Single Keyword Ad Groups (SKAGs), detailed audience targeting, and remarketing strategies.

- Oversee campaign setup, ad creation, budget management, and performance tracking.

Client Collaboration:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business objectives and translating them into effective ad campaigns.

- Provide regular campaign performance updates and insights to clients, ensuring transparency and clear communication.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.

- Present campaign performance reports to clients and suggest future improvements, answering any questions they may have.

Performance Optimization:

- Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters to maximize campaign effectiveness.

- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and achieving client KPIs.

- Implement conversion tracking and attribution models to accurately measure campaign success.

Research and Ideation:

- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to identify opportunities and develop effective targeting strategies.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, tools, and innovations in digital marketing and paid advertising.

- Ideate and develop creative and innovative campaign strategies to enhance performance and achieve client goals.

- Proactively research new platforms and technologies that could benefit the company and its clients.

Team Leadership & Mentorship:

- Mentor and guide junior team members, providing support and training on campaign management and industry best practices.

- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and professional growth.

Reporting and Analysis:

- Generate comprehensive campaign performance reports, analyzing key metrics and providing actionable insights.

- Present campaign performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.

Key Skills:

Platform Expertise:

- Proficient in Google AdWords (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).

- Extensive experience with Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).

- Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads and other paid advertising platforms.

Analytical Skills:

- Strong understanding of data analysis and interpretation.

- Ability to extract actionable insights from campaign data.

- Proficient in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

Communication Skills:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
