- To achieve assigned sales targets and sales operating plan objectives by: prospecting new accounts, developing and maintaining client rapport in existing accounts, identifying client's requirement for CMR services (market intelligence, market research and GTM services)

- Matching clients requirement to existing offering of CMR via quotation and proposals

- Signing orders for CMR services

- Resolving clients problems and issues with research teams support

- Ensuring the receipt of deliverables

- Routine calls to ensure client satisfaction and account management

- Sales Process documentation and adherence

- Payment collection

- Feedback collection
