Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 10-12 years of direct sales experience in the NBFC and BFSI sectors with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and business development.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the banking, financial services, insurance, and new business development landscapes, including emerging trends in cybersecurity, regulatory compliance understanding and market dynamics.
- Technology Knowledge: Good understanding of the cybersecurity landscape.
- Relationship Building: Strong ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with senior executives, clients, and stakeholders.
- Sales Expertise: Expertise in consultative selling, solution-based sales, and high-level negotiations. Experience with both inbound and outbound sales strategies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to C-level executives and stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance, forecast revenue, and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
