- Build strategies to minimize churn and enhance client experience.

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in customer success or client-facing roles, preferably in SaaS.

- Strong understanding of software development and web technologies.

- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience presenting to C-level executives and managing enterprise clients.

- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and exceed expectations.
