Customer Relationship Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop personalised sales approaches for high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and other key demographics.
- Handle high-profile client interactions with discretion and professionalism.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
- Collaborate closely with Digital, Ecommerce, Brand, and Retail teams to develop a unified, cross-channel CRM strategy.
- Proven experience in a CRM/Email marketing manager role, preferably within the luxury retail industry
- Strong and demonstratable understanding of email marketing and other CRM channels such as WhatsApp, Instagram and social media.
- Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities within the high-end AV and Luxury Lifestyle Audio gears market.
- Represent the distribution portfolio at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Used to nurturing, negotiating and closing deals. This could include B2B or B2C.
Required Skillset:
- Able to rapidly build a rapport with members and explain the Club's, value proposition.
- Strong verbal and written skills, preferably in a professional environment.
- A keen interest in being the best version of yourself.
- You are always looking for ways to learn and improve, to inspire people while having fun and doing the right thing.
- Excellent time management skills, super organised and able to juggle multiple contacts and negotiations at the same time.
- You'll do all this with rigour and an attention to detail.
- Comfortable with being flexible and adapting when things change.

- Organised and proactive, everyone knows that you have a handle on everything.

- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM Tools.
