We are hiring a CTS Specialist with a strong background in deal pricing, financial modeling, and commercial structuring within the IT services or consulting domain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead pricing and commercial structuring for complex service deals

- Build detailed financial models for managed services and consulting engagements

- Collaborate with global sales, finance, and delivery teams to craft competitive pricing proposals

- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external financial standards

- Translate financial data into actionable insights for leadership

- Support bid processes, proposal development, and deal approvals

Must-Have Skills:

- Experience in deal pricing in the IT/Service industry

- Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis experience

- Excellent command of Excel; knowledge of SAP, Power BI, or similar tools

- Strategic thinking and analytical mindset

- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice-to-Have:

- Exposure to commercial finance in global environments

- Experience with CRM and proposal tools

- Multilingual fluency (English required; other languages a plus)
