Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Vision:

-Develop and articulate a clear technology vision and strategy for the company's AI services and products, aligning with business goals.

- Identify and evaluate emerging AI technologies and trends, and assess their potential impact on the company's offerings.

- Drive innovation by fostering a culture of experimentation, research, and continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with the executive team to define product roadmaps and prioritize development efforts.

- Provide thought leadership and represent the company at industry events and conferences.

- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of technology initiatives.

Technical Leadership & Execution:

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and robust AI solutions, including machine learning models, natural language processing systems, computer vision applications, and other AI-powered products.

- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.

- Manage the technology infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, security, and scalability.

- Establish and maintain a robust data strategy, including data collection, storage, processing, and analysis.

- Ensure the ethical and responsible use of AI technologies, adhering to relevant regulations and guidelines.

- Evaluate and select appropriate technology platforms, tools, and vendors.

- Lead the development of intellectual property and patents.

- Ensure products are compliant with relevant regulations, especially regarding data privacy.

Team Leadership & Management:

- Build and lead a high-performing team of AI engineers, data scientists, and other technical professionals.

- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages innovation and professional growth.

- Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support for their development.

- Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent in the AI field.

- Manage the technology budget and resources effectively.

- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with other departments.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

- PhD preferred.

- 15-20 years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in developing and deploying AI-powered products and services.

- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, natural language processing, computer vision, and other AI technologies.

- Strong experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and related services.

- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing engineering teams.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Experience with building and deploying large scale AI systems.

- Experience in data science and data engineering.

- Knowledge of software architecture and design principles.

- Experience with MLOps.
