Job Overview:
The Senior Manager - Impact Communications will take the lead in crafting and executing high-level communication strategies that drive organizational objectives and strengthen brand reputation. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record of managing complex communication campaigns, leading teams, and building strong media and stakeholder relationships. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a deep understanding of communication trends and tools, capable of influencing both internal and external audiences.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Communication Leadership: Develop and oversee the execution of communication strategies to support business objectives, enhance brand visibility, and manage reputation.
- Content Development & Oversight: Lead the creation of high-impact content, including executive communications, press releases, articles, and social media strategies, ensuring consistency in messaging.
- Media Relations & Crisis Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with media and other key stakeholders. Act as the primary spokesperson and manage communication during crisis situations.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design and implement comprehensive communication campaigns, driving awareness and engagement around major initiatives, events, and milestones.
- Internal Communications: Develop and implement internal communication strategies to foster employee engagement and alignment with the organization's vision and values.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor a team of communication professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Performance Monitoring & Analytics: Measure and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies, using data-driven insights to optimize future initiatives.
Mandatory Qualifications And Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in a senior communications role, with demonstrated success in leading strategic initiatives.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience in executive-level communications.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale campaigns and complex projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Expertise in media relations, crisis management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and analytics platforms.
