CSR Lead - Healthcare/Service Industry

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute CSR projects focused on healthcare, preventive care, maternal & child health, sanitation, nutrition, and mental health.

- Identify and evaluate NGOs, hospitals, and healthcare partners for collaborations.

- Ensure compliance with Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013 and CSR Rules.

- Design project proposals, budgets, and implementation frameworks aligned with CSR strategy.

- Monitor and evaluate the impact of healthcare projects through measurable KPIs and regular reporting.

- Prepare periodic CSR reports, success stories, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

- Organize health awareness campaigns, medical camps, vaccination drives, and community wellness programs.

- Liaise with local authorities, healthcare experts, and CSR committees for project execution.

- Promote employee volunteering in healthcare-related CSR initiatives.

- Ensure transparency, sustainability, and scalability of projects.
