We are looking for an experienced and passionate CSR & PR Lead to drive the organization's corporate social responsibility initiatives and manage external communications. The role involves developing impactful CSR programs, building strong community partnerships, and enhancing the brand's reputation through strategic PR campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR):
- Design, implement, and monitor CSR initiatives aligned with company values and sustainability goals.
- Build partnerships with NGOs, government bodies, and community organizations.
- Ensure compliance with CSR regulations and statutory requirements.
- Measure and report on the social impact of CSR projects.
- Manage CSR budget, program execution, and employee volunteering initiatives.
Public Relations (PR):
- Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance brand reputation and corporate image.
- Build and maintain relationships with media, industry stakeholders, and key opinion leaders.
- Draft press releases, media kits, and communication materials.
- Handle crisis communication and reputation management effectively.
- Oversee corporate events, press conferences, and brand communication campaigns.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of CSR regulations and reporting frameworks.
- Excellent media relations and networking skills.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities.
- Experience in reputation management and corporate communications.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Social Work, or related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in CSR, PR, or Corporate Communications.
- Proven track record of managing CSR programs and PR campaigns.
