Job Title: HRBP and Talent Acquisition Specialist | Location: Pune
Role Overview: As a Senior HR Operations Professional, you will play a crucial role in managing HR functions across store operations.
You will be responsible for talent management, people development, and HR administration, ensuring a seamless HR experience while fostering a culture of learning and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Management:
- Oversee end to end hiring processes for Customer Care Associates (CCA), Team Leaders, and Store Managers to build strong, customer-centric teams.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances, ensuring fair and prompt resolution.
- Ensuring all exit formalities are carried out in a proper and timely manner, exit interviews are conducted and the same is aligned with the HRMS system.
- Design and implement a career progression framework for store operations teams, fostering internal growth and career development.
- Planning and executing employee engagement activities across stores within the given budget on a monthly basis.
People Development:
- Design and conduct regular induction and training programs for store associates to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Identify and manage Internal Job Postings (IJP) to provide growth opportunities within the organization.
- Maintain an updated employee database for all store operations teams, ensuring accurate and organized records.
HR Administration:
- Manage vendor relationships for housekeeping and security services, ensuring seamless store operations.
- Provide HR support for mall fairs, exhibitions, and external events to enhance employee engagement and brand presence.
- Oversee invoice management and ensure timely processing of HR-related payments.

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
