Responsibilities.

Revenue Generation:.

- Drive revenue by identifying, engaging, and onboarding brands for collaboration through the Space on Hire model across all Crossword Bookstore outlets.

- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for maximizing the monetization potential of in-store spaces.

- Negotiate and finalize agreements with brand partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.

Partnership Management:.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with brand partners, fostering trust and collaboration.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.

Team Leadership & SOP Development:.

- Draft comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to establish streamlined processes for the Space on Hire initiative.

- Set clear guidelines and processes to ensure seamless operations and coordination across teams.

- Train and mentor team members to execute SOH initiatives effectively.

Market Insights & Strategy:.

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry benchmarks to identify opportunities for growth.

- Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and improve outcomes.

Operational Excellence:.

- Oversee the implementation of all collaborations to ensure timely and smooth execution.

- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, legal, etc. ) to align on deliverables and ensure a high-quality partner experience.

Qualifications & Requirements:.

- Experience: Minimum 8 years of proven experience in retail, business development, or a similar role, with a focus on driving revenue and building partnerships.

- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
