Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, maintain, and customize the CRM platform to meet business needs.
- Manage user access, roles, and security permissions within the CRM.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, support decision-making, and improve data quality.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing and retention campaigns through the CRM.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, IT, and support teams to improve CRM adoption and usability.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, workflows, and automation.
- Provide training and ongoing support for CRM users.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with CRM vendors as needed.
- Oversee CRM data governance, including database clean-ups and ensuring data standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Knowledge of automation, reports, and how systems connect with each other.
- Good at analyzing problems and finding solutions.
- Strong communication and coordination skills across teams.
- Eye for detail, especially when it comes to data.
- A degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field.
- CRM certifications (like Salesforce Admin or HubSpot CRM) are a plus.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in sales support, marketing automation, or customer service roles.
- Basic understanding of APIs or connecting different systems.
- Willingness to keep learning about CRM tools and best practices.
