Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives, ensuring the team is aligned with our overall business strategy.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to ensure high levels of performance, productivity, and professional growth.
- Performance Management: Set clear sales targets, monitor performance against them, and provide regular reports and analysis to senior management.

industry trends and developments.
- Sales Operations: Oversee the development and execution of sales campaigns, promotions, and pricing strategies.
- Compliance: Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry
regulations.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on best practices in sales management and implement continuous improvement initiatives within the sales team.
