Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives, ensuring the team is aligned with our overall business strategy.

- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to ensure high levels of performance, productivity, and professional growth.

- Performance Management: Set clear sales targets, monitor performance against them, and provide regular reports and analysis to senior management.

- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the company's customer base and increase market share.

- Client & Partner Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

- Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

- Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about

industry trends and developments.

- Sales Operations: Oversee the development and execution of sales campaigns, promotions, and pricing strategies.

- Compliance: Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry

regulations.

- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on best practices in sales management and implement continuous improvement initiatives within the sales team.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


- Experience: 8+ years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of

achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a sales team.

- Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic Thinking: A strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

- Results-Oriented: A results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.


- Data Analysis: Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- An MBA is preferred
