Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Act as the first point of contact for potential clients, proactively identifying and engaging with prospects to drive new business.
- Lead Management: Convert qualified leads into sales through expert advice and effective negotiations.
- Nurture leads that are not yet sales-ready to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Client Engagement: Visit project sites to present company offerings to potential and existing clients, showcasing our value proposition in person.
- Relationship Management: Develop, foster, and sustain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Brand Ambassador: Build and enhance brand awareness by representing the company professionally and ethically.
- Client Expansion: Actively expand the client database through referral generation from existing, satisfied clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a project management or business development capacity.
- Sales & Negotiation: Strong negotiation and conversion skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for building rapport with clients and presenting company offerings.
- Relationship Building: A natural ability to develop, foster, and sustain professional relationships.
- Soft Skills: Energetic, strategic, and professional with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
