We are looking for: Business Development Associate. - We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Business Development Associate with 4+ years of experience in market research, data analysis, and visualization. This role supports business development through data-driven insights, developer onboarding, and management of information systems. Key Responsibilities: New Business Acquisition: - Identify and reach out to potential builders to understand their needs and present our offerings. - Build and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities. Client Relationship Management: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders to ensure long-term partnerships. - Act as the primary point of contact for builder inquiries and concerns. Market Research and Analysis: - Conduct research (primary and secondary) on market trends, competitor activities, and builder projects. - Use insights to refine strategies and ways forward. Proposal Development and Negotiation: - Prepare and present tailored proposals to builders. - Negotiate terms and finalize agreements. Collaboration with Internal Teams: - Work closely with Training, Sales, Marketing, and CRM teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution. - Share relevant information with the right stakeholders and align on deliverables. Issue Resolution: - Address and resolve any concerns or issues raised by builders or internal teams. - Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and trust. Upselling and Cross-Selling: - Identify opportunities to offer additional services to existing builders. - Maximize revenue by expanding the scope of engagements. Qualifications and Skills: - Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction, Real Estate, or a related field. - 4+ years of experience in business development in Real Estate. - Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. - Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented. - Knowledge of the real estate market and builder ecosystem.
