Key Requirements: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration. - 7+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. - Strong understanding of market trends, pricing strategies, and buyer behavior. - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and MS Office Suite.
