Job Description:

- As the State Head for our Two-Wheeler Lending division, your primary responsibility will be to lead, strategize, and oversee all sales-related activities while ensuring effective cost management, fostering strong relationships with dealers and distributors, and optimizing financial performance for your zones.


Your role will encompass the following key areas:

1. Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture robust relationships with dealers and distributors.

- Collaborate closely to align business goals, provide support, and ensure a seamless sales experience for customers.

2. Financial Oversight: Maintain a vigilant eye on the Profit & Loss statement, actively analyzing and interpreting data to make informed decisions daily. Strategize and execute plans to enhance the net IRR (Internal Rate of Return) for the organization.

3. Portfolio Management: Take charge of the lending portfolio, devising strategies to maintain its health and growth. Regularly assess risk factors and adjust lending strategies accordingly to ensure a balanced and profitable portfolio.

4. Cross-Sell Initiatives: Develop and execute plans to increase cross-selling opportunities within the existing customer base. Collaborate with various teams to identify potential avenues for additional product offerings.

5. Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales team, ensuring their efficiency and productivity. Set clear goals, provide guidance, and foster a culture of achievement while maintaining individual and group target adherence.

Desired candidates' profile:

1. Proven track record in sales leadership roles within the financial sector, preferably in the two-wheeler lending business.

2. Strong financial acumen and the ability to interpret and act on financial data to drive profitability.

3. Exceptional relationship-building skills with the capability to manage and foster partnerships.

4. Experience in portfolio management, risk assessment, and strategies for portfolio growth.

5. Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams to achieve and exceed targets.

6. Proficiency in analysing market trends and implementing sales strategies accordingly.

7. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
