Credit Manager/Debt Restructuring Manager

- Should have ability to manage appraisal for clients under Stress, Early warning signals.

- Well versed with the credit appraisal, financial analysis, preparation of CMA data, Preparation of appraisal note for corporate clients having exposure of Rs. 50 Crs and above.

- Should understand RBI guidelines, restructuring framework and other related guidelines pertaining to debt realignment.

- Must be thorough with handling documentation, security creation and disbursal process.

- Should be conversant with managing day to day operations of client under Stress.

- Experience in analysing various audit reports like stock and receivable audit, forensic audit, transaction audit etc.

- Should be aware of RBI guidelines related to RFA/fraud declaration, willful default.
