Position Name: Credit Analyst & Debt Syndication

Location: Mumbai BKC - Work from Office

Experience Range: 3+ years

About the client:

Our client, is a SEBI Registered Category-I Merchant Banker, offers a diverse range of financial services, specializing in Investment Banking, Financial Advisory, and Debt Capital services for institutions, corporates, promoters, and high-net-worth clients.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

- Handle a small team/group of credit analysts.

- Preparation of Financial Projections

- Corporate Presentation

- Proposal notes

- Coordination with lender etc.

Qualification and Experience:

- Experience in preparation of Financial Projections, Company Presentations, Bank proposal, Co-ordination with bank etc.

- Experience in handling syndication/ sanction of loans of value more than INR 15 crores for corporates/NBFC/Real estate.

- Candidate with experience in handling Stressed assets transaction/One time settlement (OTS) /)/Restructuring,/Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) case or worked under Insolvency -Practitioner (IP) can also be considered.

- Working in the finance department of companies having borrowings of over Rs. 300 crores.

- Excellent command over Excel and Powerpoint

- CA/MBA/CFA
