Credgenics is revolutionizing the fintech space with innovative digital solutions in lending, credit, and financial advisory.

As we scale our B2C fintech app, we are looking for a Manager Performance and Growth Marketing to drive paid digital campaigns, app growth, and performance optimization while managing large-scale marketing budgets.

Role Overview:

As a Manager Performance and Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for building and executing digital acquisition strategies to scale our user base from 0 to 1.

You will own end-to-end campaign management across multiple paid digital channels, ensuring high ROI and sustainable user acquisition.

What youll be doing:

- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to drive app downloads, engagement, and retention.

- Manage and optimize campaigns across Google UAC, Meta Ads, search, display, remarketing, programmatic, and affiliate marketing.

- Design a scalable growth model focused on sustainable user acquisition.

- Track and optimize app funnel metrics (attribution, traffic, conversion rates, CAC, LTV, ROI).

- Implement marketing automation & event tracking to monitor user journeys effectively.

- Manage and scale marketing budgets efficiently while optimizing KPIs like CPI, CPM, CAC, LTV, acquisition, remarketing, cross-sell, up-sell, and retention.

What Were Looking For:

- 8+ years of experience in performance marketing for a B2C app-first business (preferably fintech, lending, or credit advisory).

- Proven expertise in Google UAC, Meta Ads, programmatic advertising, and affiliate marketing.

- Hands-on experience with app attribution and tracking tools (Appsflyer, Firebase, Branch).

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar tools.

- Ability to scale marketing budgets efficiently while optimizing performance metrics.

- Understanding of incrementality in digital marketing and best practices for user acquisition.

- Prior experience with ASO (App Store Optimization) is a plus.

- Knowledge of credit & lending user behavior is an added advantage.
