Creative Head/Manager - AI Native

Position Summary:

We're looking for a Creative Head / Manager - AI-Native to transform our complex innovations into simple, human stories that resonate with millions. This role leads our in-house creative team and leverages cutting-edge AI tools to deliver impactful campaigns quickly and authentically.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualize and execute creative ideas that focus on real people and their challenges, not just product features.

2. Deliver high-quality creative work fast - from brief to first draft within hours.

3. Lead and mentor the Graphic and Video Specialists, fostering a collaborative, customer-focused culture.

4. Integrate AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, Synthesia etc.) into daily creative workflows to speed up production without losing the human touch.

5. Develop and maintain a library of templates, prompts and creative assets to streamline future work.

6. Stay attuned to customer needs (farmers, shopkeepers, households) and market trends to ensure messaging resonates deeply.

7. Monitor competitive activities to maintain creative differentiation.

Skills Required:

1. Experience in creative, brand or content roles (agency or in-house).

2. Proven track record of turning complex ideas into relatable, human stories.

3. Ability to deliver creative output quickly while maintaining quality and empathy.

4. Hands-on experience with AI-driven creative tools.

5. Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide small teams or freelancers.

6. Excellent understanding of customer-centric storytelling and branding.
