Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and implement recruitment strategies tailored for the advertising and marketing space.
- Source high-potential candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social networks, and recruitment drives.
- Conduct initial screening and interviews to evaluate candidates' fit.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from scheduling interviews to offer rollouts.
- Keep recruitment data and ATS (Zoho Recruit) updated and organized.
- Deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience from start to finish.
- Stay ahead of industry hiring trends and share best practices with the team.
Skills and Qualifications Required
- 12 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the advertising or marketing domain.
- Proficient in sourcing tools, platforms, and ATS systems (Zoho Recruit preferred).
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
- Energetic, proactive, and passionate about people and hiring.
