Role Description:

Position: Growth Marketing Lead

Location: Gurgaon, Onsite

Experience: 5-8 Years in B2B Technology Marketing


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performance Marketing & Paid Acquisition:

Google Ads Campaign Management:


- Oversee monthly advertising spend across Search, Display, and YouTube campaigns.


- Target high-intent keywords.


- Maintain target cost-per-acquisition per qualified lead.


- Achieve minimum 4:1 return on advertising spend across all campaigns.

LinkedIn Advertising Optimization:


- Target decision-makers including CTOs, founders, and product managers at growth-stage companies.


- Conduct systematic A/B testing of creative assets, audience segments, and bidding strategies.


- Generate sales-qualified leads monthly through LinkedIn advertising.


- Prioritize lead quality metrics over volume-based KPIs.

Cross-Platform Retargeting Implementation:


- Deploy comprehensive pixel tracking across all customer touchpoints.


- Develop lookalike audiences based on highest-value client profiles.


- Create multi-stage retargeting funnels with target conversion rates exceeding 30%.


Content Marketing & Brand Building



LinkedIn Strategy Management: Oversee both company page and executive personal branding initiatives.


- Maintain engagement rate across all published content.


- Generate qualified leads monthly through LinkedIn channel optimization.

Multi-Platform Content Development:


- Instagram: Manage posts and stories weekly, emphasizing visual storytelling and behind-the-scenes content.


- Twitter: Execute daily thread strategies, real-time engagement, and industry conversation leadership.


- YouTube: Coordinate monthly case study videos, executive interviews, and technical educational content.


- Blog: Publish 2-3 SEO-optimized articles weekly.

Content Systems and Process Development:


- Establish content calendar with 90-day advance planning capabilities.


- Create standardized content frameworks and templates for consistent brand messaging.


- Implement client success story documentation and case study development processes.


- Position executive leadership as thought leaders in AI-powered development sector.


SEO & Organic Growth Strategy

Technical SEO Implementation:


- Execute comprehensive website audits and optimization initiatives.


- Improve Core Web Vitals scores and overall page speed performance.


- Implement schema markup for enhanced search engine result page visibility.


- Achieve top 3 search rankings for 50+ relevant industry keywords within 12 months.

Content SEO Strategy Development:


- Conduct keyword research using enterprise SEO platforms (SEMrush/Ahrefs) for strategic content planning.


- Develop topic cluster architecture around core service offerings.


- Build high-authority backlink profiles through guest posting and strategic partnerships.


- Target featured snippet opportunities for high-intent search queries.


Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization

Lead Generation Systems Development:


- Generate qualified leads monthly across all marketing channels.


- Maintain 15% or higher lead-to-opportunity conversion rate.


- Build automated lead scoring and nurturing sequence workflows.


- Implement multi-touch attribution modeling for accurate ROI tracking.

Conversion Rate Optimization:


- Execute systematic A/B testing of landing pages, forms, and call-to-action elements.


- Implement live chat and chatbot solutions for immediate lead capture.


- Develop downloadable resources and lead magnets for top-of-funnel engagement.


Marketing Analytics & Performance Reporting

Performance Tracking and Analysis:


- Deliver comprehensive weekly reporting on all key performance indicators with actionable insights.


- Conduct monthly cohort analysis and customer acquisition cost optimization.


- Perform quarterly strategic reviews with data-driven growth recommendations.


- Maintain real-time dashboard monitoring of critical business metrics.

Data-Driven Decision Making:


- Utilize Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, and Facebook Analytics for strategic insights.


- Implement comprehensive UTM tracking systems for all marketing campaigns.


- Develop customer journey mapping and attribution models.


- Conduct ROI analysis for all marketing investments and budget allocation.


Essential Skills

- Marketing Automation Platforms: HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Marketo implementation and management experience.


- Analytics and Measurement: Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console proficiency.


- Advertising Platform Management: Google Ads (certified), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Ads Manager.


- SEO and Research Tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, or equivalent enterprise SEO platform experience.


- Design and Creative Tools: Canva Pro, Adobe Creative Suite basics, or Figma proficiency.


- Social Media Management: Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social platform experience.


- CRM Integration: Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive integration and management.


- Video Content Creation: Basic video editing capabilities for social media content production.


CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS :


Professional Background


- 5-8 years progressive experience in B2B technology marketing or digital agency environments.


- Demonstrated track record of achieving 5x or greater growth in previous marketing roles.


- Startup experience preferred, ideally with Series A-C stage technology companies.


- Agency background with understanding of client services business models.


- Technical product marketing experience with SaaS platforms or development services.


Required Core Competencies

- Content Creation: Exceptional writing abilities with basic design and visual content creation skills.
