- Scale enterprise revenue through aggressive expansion into high-value global markets.

- Transform business model from project-based to recurring revenue streams.

- Build premium market positioning to compete with global technology leaders.

- Establish predictable, scalable revenue growth across multiple geographies.

Market Expansion & Positioning

- Target Fortune 500 enterprises in FinTech, HealthTech, Defense, GovTech, and Industrial IoT.

- Position dual value proposition: AI-powered services + proprietary SaaS platforms.

- Establish CreateBytes as a premier AI solutions provider competing globally with industry leaders.

- Launch industry-specific solutions with premium pricing and positioning.

Strategic Partnership Ecosystem

- Secure Tier-1 cloud partnerships (AWS, Microsoft, Google, NVIDIA) with substantial co-sell opportunities.

- Drive partner-sourced pipeline through hyperscaler channels and system integrator alliances.

- Establish CreateBytes as preferred AI implementation partner for major technology providers.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement world-class sales infrastructure with real-time analytics and forecasting.

- Build predictable enterprise pipeline with high forecast accuracy.

- Standardize enterprise sales playbooks for consistent large deal execution.

- Optimize sales cycles through value-based selling methodologies.

- Personally lead enterprise deals across multiple geographies.

- Build and manage global sales organization spanning Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

- Execute Account-Based Marketing campaigns targeting Global 2000 prospects.

- Drive data-driven demand generation with continuous experimentation.

- Collaborate with product teams to package AI/ML capabilities into scalable platforms.

- Drive product-led growth initiatives with strategic market entry.

- Establish vertical-specific go-to-market strategies with specialized approaches.

- Launch partnership and API monetization strategies.

- Position CreateBytes leadership as global AI innovators through industry engagement.

- Develop strategic industry events and thought leadership initiatives.

- Build CreateBytes' reputation in Enterprise AI and emerging technology markets.

- Establish relationships with industry analysts and technology influencers.
