- Manage and nurture multiple client relationships to ensure satisfaction and achieve trade marketing objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Develop and implement effective execution strategies for retail visibility and in-store sales.
- Optimize in-store presence to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
- Analyze data and develop insights to enable effective business decision-making.
- Utilize data to drive business KPIs and improve trade marketing strategies.
- Effectively manage project performance, going beyond manpower utilization.
- Focus on attrition management, people training, and development.
- Manage large teams/agency setups.
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in the trade marketing function, working in Modern Trade and General Trade markets.
- Experience in FMCG or Consumer Durable companies is preferred.
- Hands on experience managing large teams/agency setups.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of retail visibility and in-store sales strategies.
- Excellent data analysis and insight generation skills.
- Proven ability to manage and develop large teams.
