CoverYou is seeking a Motor Insurance Retention Manager to lead policy renewal and customer retention efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in motor insurance, team management, and revenue retention strategies to maximize customer loyalty and minimize policy lapses.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute retention strategies to maximize policy renewals and minimize customer churn.

- Lead and mentor a team of retention executives, ensuring they meet their targets and deliver excellent customer service.

- Build strong relationships with policyholders, addressing concerns and ensuring a smooth renewal experience.

- Drive renewal sales and customer retention metrics to meet business objectives.

- Optimize retention processes, enhance customer engagement strategies, and improve renewal conversion rates.

- Handle escalations, analyze customer feedback, and implement proactive measures to improve satisfaction.

- Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to refine retention strategies.

- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as renewal rates, lapse ratios, and customer feedback, and report insights to senior management.

Skills & Qualifications:

- 3-4 years of experience in Motor Insurance Retention with a proven track record in policy renewals.

- Strong team management and customer engagement skills.

- Excellent knowledge of motor insurance policies, customer service best practices, and retention strategies.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights and improve retention metrics.

- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
