We are looking for a Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD) Lead to design, build, and implement world-class learning initiatives that drive employee growth and organizational success. Roles and Responsibilities:

- Build and lead the L&OD function, creating and executing a learning strategy that aligns with business objectives.

- Design and deliver high-impact training programs for new hires, sales teams, leadership, and other key functions.

- Develop engaging and interactive training content that enhances product knowledge and employee capabilities.

- Identify skill gaps and training needs through data analysis, employee feedback, and collaboration with key stakeholders.

- Continuously measure and optimize training effectiveness using feedback and performance data.

- Work closely with Sales, Product, HR, and other teams to ensure learning initiatives align with company goals.

- Foster a culture of continuous learning, driving knowledge-sharing and professional growth across teams.

- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in SaaS, product innovation, and organizational growth.

Skills & Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Organizational Development, preferably in a SaaS or product-driven company.

- Proven experience in building and leading L&OD teams.

- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

- Strategic mindset with a creative and data-driven approach to training and development.

- Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple initiatives.

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
