- The Enterprise Sales Manager/Director will be a key driver of revenue growth, responsible for identifying, developing, and closing complex sales opportunities with enterprise-level clients.

- This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in selling high-value solutions to C-level executives and decision-makers.

- The ideal candidate will possess exceptional relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of enterprise sales processes, and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Account Management:

- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned enterprise accounts.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, across multiple departments.

- Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and strategic priorities to identify opportunities for value creation.

Sales Pipeline Development:

- Proactively identify and qualify new enterprise sales opportunities through networking, industry events, and targeted outreach.

- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales activity and revenue.

- Lead the development and delivery of compelling sales presentations, proposals, and RFPs.

Complex Sales Cycle Management:

- Navigate complex sales cycles, involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.

- Collaborate with internal teams (e. , product, marketing, legal) to develop tailored solutions and proposals.

- Negotiate complex contracts and agreements to close deals.

- Effectively utilize CRM to track and manage all sales related activities.

Market Intelligence and Analysis:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential threats.

- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Revenue Growth and Forecasting:

- Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets.

- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

- Identify and implement strategies to accelerate sales growth and improve profitability.

- Experience selling complex solutions to C-level executives and decision-makers.
