COUNTRY HEAD - IT STAFFING (RPO)

- Responsible for setting the strategic direction, managing operations, driving growth, and ensuring the company's success, while also representing the company to stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and execute long-term and short-term strategic plans to achieve company goals.

- Set the company's vision, mission, and values.

- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities and emerging trends in the IT staffing sector.

- Oversee the company's overall direction and ensure alignment with the board of directors and stakeholders.

Operational Management:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the company, including staffing, recruitment, client relations, and financial performance.

- Ensure efficient and effective processes for staffing, placement, and client retention.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective action as needed.

- Oversee the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

Team Leadership and Development:

- Lead, motivate, and inspire the executive team and employees to achieve company goals.

- Foster a positive and high-performing work environment.

- Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.

- Coach and mentor employees to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Stakeholder Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other important functions.

- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Financial Management:

- Oversee the company's financial performance and ensure financial stability.

- Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve profitability and growth.

- Manage the company's budget and financial resources effectively.

Legal and Ethical Compliance:

- Ensure that the company complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

- Maintain high ethical standards and integrity in all business dealings.

Qualification And Experience:

1. BE & MBA with 20+ Years Leadership and Understanding the IT Landscape. Stay abreast of the latest technologies, skills, and industry trends to effectively match talent with client needs. Deep knowledge of the IT staffing industry, including market trends, recruitment practices, and client needs.

2. Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills are essential for motivating and guiding a team.

3. Ability to develop and implement long-term strategic plans and make sound business decisions.

4. Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and forecasting.

5. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are necessary for interacting with stakeholders and clients.

6. Ability to identify and resolve complex problems and challenges.

7. Familiarity with IT staffing technologies and platforms.

8. Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
