Job Title: Country Head - Intelegencia Bpo Philippines

Position Overview:
The Country Head for Intelegencia BPO Philippines will assume responsibility for providing P&L leadership during periods of high growth and transformation. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on leadership capabilities, capable of developing and executing short- and long-term strategies to support the organization's growth trajectory. The ideal candidate will possess a sharp analytical mind, strong financial acumen, and a proven track record of driving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate hands on leadership background and experience. A growth and performance driven leader.
- Demonstrate a high degree of financial acumen, ensuring that revenue generation aligns with profitability objectives.
- Develop and implement annual budget plans, providing regular reports to the CEO to track performance and financial health.
- Oversee account management, client services, and day-to-day operations to support sustainable growth.
- Evaluate the BPO group progress, client stability, and marketing initiatives, compiling reports for executive review.
- Mentor and develop direct reports to foster professional growth and succession planning.
- Design and execute recruitment strategies, ensuring timely and quality hires to meet organizational needs.
- Lead the rollout of programs, systems, or processes, driving change management and adoption across all departments.
- Develop and implement employee programs aimed at enhancing effectiveness and engagement.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing strategic counsel on revenue generation, retention, diversity, employee satisfaction, and performance optimization.
Job Qualifications:
- Senior executive leadership experience in the BPO sector, with a strong understanding of industry dynamics.
- Must be working in the capacity of SVP/VP currently.
- Should have managed a group of 3K+ employees in the past.
- Candidates should demonstrate a consistent and stable professional history.
- Extensive experience managing international business operations.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher qualification in a relevant field.
- Six Sigma Black Belt and PMP Certification preferred but not required.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong multitasking abilities, capable of adding value to multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborative mindset, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated integrity, credibility, and sound judgment in decision-making.
- Action-oriented with a hands-on approach, demonstrating a sense of urgency and accountability.
- Prior experience working with the Philippine BPO group would be a plus.
