Job Summary :
The Country Head - Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and leading the sales team in Bangladesh. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, deep market knowledge, and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the company's objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership and business development within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the country sales team to drive performance and accountability.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction through effective sales initiatives.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in driving sales growth and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the local market dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
