Position Overview
The Corporate Talent Acquisition (TA) Lead will be responsible for designing and driving the hospital group's enterprise-wide recruitment strategy. This role will focus on building a strong employer brand, ensuring timely and high-quality talent acquisition for clinical, para-clinical, and non-clinical roles across multiple hospital branches. The incumbent will partner with leadership, HR teams, and hiring managers to forecast talent needs, strengthen recruitment processes, and deliver on organizational growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute the overall TA strategy aligned with hospital group's business growth and workforce requirements.
- Build effective sourcing strategies for niche clinical talent (doctors, specialists, nurses) as well as support and corporate functions.
- Drive recruitment efficiency through process improvements, technology adoption, and talent pipelines.
Employer Branding & Talent Pipelines
- Position the hospital group as an employer of choice in the healthcare sector.
- Build partnerships with medical colleges, nursing schools, training institutes, and professional associations for continuous talent supply.
- Implement referral programs, talent communities, and proactive pipelines for critical roles.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with hospital leadership, clinical heads, and business HR to forecast and meet talent requirements.
- Provide hiring insights, market intelligence, and dashboards to senior management.
- Ensure recruitment strategies are aligned with compliance, accreditation (NABH/JCI), and diversity goals.
Operations & Governance
- Standardize TA processes across branches for speed, quality, and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to defined turnaround times (TATs) and SLAs in hiring.
- Drive data-driven hiring decisions with robust TA metrics and dashboards.
- Manage recruitment budgets, vendor partnerships, and digital platforms (ATS, job portals, social media).
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a corporate TA team and collaborate with branch-level HR recruiters.
- Build recruiter capability in specialized healthcare hiring (clinical & non-clinical).
Qualifications & Experience
- Postgraduate degree in HR, Business Management, or related field.
- 12-18 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with preferred experience in healthcare/ hospital recruitment.
- Strong exposure to clinical talent hiring (doctors, specialists, nurses) and high-volume recruitment.
- Proven success in multi-site recruitment strategy and execution.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, accreditation-linked hiring requirements (NABH/JCI), and credential verification processes.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment technologies, ATS and social recruiting.
